I ordered this in desperation as my hands get cracks around the nails. I live in a dry climate and have gone thru expensive lotions and creams that just do not do the job of healing like this cream does. I use everyday and in the evening before I go to bed. It heals the skin almost from the first moment it is used. For people that work and wash their hands a lot, or just have dry skin this is the cream for you.

My husband had psoriasis on his hands all winter, every winter as long as I’d known him. They would crack and bleed and were so painful he couldn’t do up buttons. He was so self conscious, he couldn’t shake hands as they were rough, flaky and bloody, and so itchy. A co worker suggested this cream, it is thick and pasty and he put it on his hands then topped with cotton gloves overnight. It sounds like a commercial, but he could feel it healing. The distributor in Canada stopped carrying it, I was so pleased to see Amazon does now. I just shipped two jars to my sister who has the same problems with her hands, and she has problems with fish oils so I hope this does the trick. I absolutely endorse this product fully and completely.
